Shipping
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all Ranor Fine Jewelry orders!
For international orders, once an item is dispatched, delivery will take up to 14 days.
You may be susceptible to duties and taxes imposed by the Customs authorities of your
shipping address. These fees are not covered or reimbursed by Ranor Fine Jewelry. Any
additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient specified on
the delivery address. If a customer refuses the import duties, taxes and/or charges on their
package, Ranor Fine Jewelry is not liable for the package and it will be disposed of by the
courier service. Please note refunds will not be provided for any refused shipment. We
recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine if any additional fees
apply.

We use DHL for international shipping.
For readily available items, orders will be processed and shipped within 3 working days of
them being placed.

Custom orders are carefully and lovingly crafted and will take approximately 6-8 weeks to be
completed. We will inform you once your order is ready to be shipped.
