Please review the following before making a purchase:
Ranor Fine Jewelry has a no refund, no exchange policy. All sales are considered final upon
completion of purchase.
Damaged Items: To be eligible for a return,kindly notify us within 3 days of receipt of the
damaged item. Items must be in the same condition that you received them in, unused and in
their original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required. We reserve the right to assess the
item’s condition to determine eligibility for a refund.
For returns, please contact info@ranorfinejewelry.com. Once we have received your item and
return is accepted, we will promptly issue a refund to your original method of purchase.
Please note that you will be responsible for new handling, shipping costs, taxes and duties of
the new item.
Exceptions
Custom made pieces or personalised pieces and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We also do not accept returns on sale items.
